ASC Registration Form
All swimmers who join the Atlantis Swimming Club competitive team are required to fill out a ASC Registration form.

USA Swimming Registration
All swimmers who join the Atlantis Swimming Club competitive team are required to register with USA Swimming in order to compete.

Please use this link to register your child under ASC with USA Swimming.
COVID-19 Waiver
All swimmers are required to have the ASC Coronavirus (COVID-19) and Other Communicable Illnesses waiver signed.

Equipment
All swimmers who join the Atlantis Swimming Club will need the equipment listed here in order to participate fully in our practices. Items depend on the group and can be found on our team store page at https://www.swimoutlet.com/ascswimming/.
Uniform Policy
All swimmers who join the Atlantis Swimming Club competitive team are required to adhere to the Uniform Policy.

Code of Conduct
All swimmers - and their accompanying family, friends, spectators - who join the Atlantis Swimming Club competitive team are required to adhere to the Code of Conduct.
