PRE-SENIOR/SENIOR GROUP
Requirements:
- Swimmers should attend 5 practices per week.
Emphasis:
- Practice will focus mainly on increasing aerobic training and endurance.
- Swimmers will train for specific races which they excel in the most.
- Reach Junior Olympic, Sectional, and National time standards.
Educational:
- How to be a role model for younger swimmers.
- Time management.
- Nutrition.
- Put in extra effort and develop team pride.
